New dinner ideas

I've been reading some Amish romance novels, they include recipes! We have recently dined on Amish meatloaf that has a sauce similar to BBQ and a cabbage casserole which turns out to be a huge labor saving cabbage roll recipe. Both very tasty. We are looking forward to trying the chocolate shoo-fly pie. What have you been cooking lately?
